Now that my son can ride his "big" boy bike, it's time for some safety. His Grammy got this helmet for him the other day. He absolutely loves it. In fact I had to hide it from him so he would eat dinner. I can only hope he thinks the same way when he turns 10-11-12 years old. I remember growing up with no helmets, heck we never rode in car seats as children never mind any kind of seating restraints. My family had Cadillacs growing up and my sister and I would fight over who got to sit on the center arm rest in the front seat!! Looking back I'm surprised I am still alive and kicking....

You bring back fond memories of the times we thought our experience with kids was so different, but time has shown that we were just learning like all the other parents in our age group. Hang in there, it will be worth it.
Too cute! Tucker loves his helmet too!
